[ PAYMENT ]
Payment is to be made in JP YEN
under our payment condition.
[DEPOSIT]
We ask you for a deposit of JP YEN 75,000.- / unit for our charges as following table
by credit card payment for purchasing the car after your bid is successful immediately
(Not before registration and bidding)
As the other option, we ask you for a deposit by TT remittance before make biddings.
* Note: In regard to the shipment for Africa erea, credit card payment is not accepted. Please remit deposit by T/T in advance before make biddings.

This deposit sum remains the same regardless of car price.
According to our payment condition,
under no circumstances will we
refund your deposit money after your bid is successful.
[ PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE ]
You can select a method of payment from three options:
1. T.T.REMITTANCE
2. IRREVOCABLE AT SIGHT L/C
*Note : For the balance, we do not accept credit card payment.
If we do not receive confirmation of payment of the outstandling balance within
two weeks after your bid is successful, we will consider it a cancellation of purchasing the car.
In this case, we can not refund your deposit money.
[ CANCELLATION ]
With our agent policy,
we can not accept your cancellation after your bid is successful.
We only accept your cancellation before the deadline of the bidding
application.
[ CAR PRICE ]
If the bid is successful under your bidding price, we ask you for only actual bid price.

There are 13 USS auction sites in Japan.
After successfull biddings, your cars are delivered from each auction site to Osaka, Yokohama or Nagoya port.
Followings are inland freight charges from each USS auction site to a port.

You are requested to pay JPY75,000 for deposit a car
, if your bid is successful.
We appropriate the deposit for auction handling charge, inland freight charge and custom
clearance charge. |

Following additional fee is required
when car is still registered.
In case car's register has been alredy expired, these aren't required. |

Necessary Documentation
fee for the export of car: JP YEN 5,250.-
Due to the environmental
protection, the exporter need some documentation
and necessary procedure
in order to export the car from Japan to other country.

AUTO TAX for one month
In case of that we don't have enough time to apply cancellation
of registration in same
month of auction day because of auction held end of month or
your delay of payment, we will ask you
to pay auto tax for one month.
AUTO TAX per one month is depending on car's engine displacement
as follows
Under 1000cc----:JP Yen2,400.-
1001cc to 1500cc:JP YEN2,800.-
1501cc to 2000cc:JP YEN3,200.-
2001cc to 2500cc:JP YEN3,700.-
2501cc to 3000cc:JP YEN4,200.-
3001cc to 3500cc:JP YEN4,800.-
3501cc to 4000cc:JP YEN5,500.-
4001cc to 4500cc:JP YEN6,400.-
4501cc to 6000cc:JP YEN7,300.-
Usually we can apply
for cancellation of registration within
same month of auction
day and the auto tax isn't imposed.

| Pre Shipment Inspection |
In case of pre-shipmentinspection is required by import regulation,
we can arrange it at actual cost.
Ex. JAAI Pre-Shipment Inspection:

|
Strage fee
|
After successfull biddings, your cars are stored in a secured yard until shipment.
The storage is free of charge for 30 days.
In case the strage term is beyond 30days, the additional storage fee (JP YEN400 per day) occurs.

|
[BID LIMIT]
We have bid limit for new comer's
first bidding.
It is JPY1,000,000.-
In case of you want to make
bid exceeding this limit, please make
remittance in advance as follows;
From JPY1,000,001.- to JPY2,000,000.-:
10% of Bidding price
From JPY2,000,000.- or more : 20%
of Biddig price.
